The project at Lonsdale Road consisted of demolishing the existing three storey building and replacing it with a terrace of three residential dwellings. Cordek were asked to supply a permanent formwork system for the construction of the reinforced concrete foundations.
The contractor chose to use Corgrid as a complete shuttering solution that could remain in-situ. Supplied in pre-formed U-shape profiles, the sections were lightweight, easy to handle and quick to install.
