The development at York Place included the demolition of a former retail warehouse and the construction of 254 new homes along with the new purpose-built headquarters of The Royal Academy of Dance. A combination of 4500m2 of Cellcore 160mm HX S 9/13 and 1040 Linear metres of Cellcore 155mm HX B 18/24 and 1400m2 of 50mm thick Heaveguard was installed by the appointed sub-contractor J Reddingtons to meet the requirements for medium heave potential.
