Covid-19 Update

March 2020

Following the latest government guidance, we have taken the following precautions to protect our customers, suppliers and staff, whilst continuing to provide the best service we can. 

• Where possible some of our team will be working from home. Of course, it is not possible for everyone to work remotely and we will continue to have staff in our offices, factories and making deliveries.
• Our factory capacity continues to operate normally and our underlying stock levels have been increased.
• Telephone calls may be diverted to personal mobiles – we would encourage the use of direct dial numbers and/or email before the main reception phone line.
• Customer and supplier meetings will not be face to face but via other methods of communication.

We hope you will be understanding of this approach, it will be business as usual for as long as Government guidance permits. If you have any questions we can be contacted via our usual channels.
