EFP Group Acquires Cordek Ltd

We are pleased to announce that Cordek is now part of the EFP Group alongside Engineered Foam Products Ltd and Springvale EPS Ltd.

Cordek Ltd will continue operating under its well-established brand, ensuring continuity for customers, suppliers, and employees. The acquisition further strengthens the position of the EFP Group within the construction and civil engineering sectors through an increased manufacturing network offering wider UK geographic coverage.
