Gas Membrane Lap Tape is typically used for the jointing of construction membranes including damp proof, radon and gas resistant sheet membranes for combined ground gas and damp proofing applications. It is manufactured using an aluminium/polythene laminate coated on one surface with an additional layer of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen.
