The Geocomposite Vent Mat is designed to provide a sub-floor venting layer beneath the foundations of buildings and structures. Designed for use in conjunction with perimeter vents and a suitable gas membrane, it provides a highly effective pathway for ground gases and vapours to the atmosphere.

- Can be used as a passive sub-floor dispersal layer* when laid as a ‘blanket’ or a pressure relief system* when laid in strips

- Thin profile reduces excavation time and material removal costs
*Please consultant the guidance provided within BS 8485:2015 + A1:2019 for further information on how these two options contribute to the overall suitability of the proposed gas protection system.
Applications
The Geocomposite Vent Mat is designed for use under suitably reinforced concrete slabs to form a passive gas venting layer or pressure relief system.
